Social Organization

Since our establishment in 1989, we have organized member producers according to their families’ place of residence. Currently, there are 10 groups, and our differential is the active participation of all members. Each group is represented by its leadership and coordination, which alternate every two years, through an assembly. Our organization ensures that knowledge on production and marketing is always present at RECA.
